Delivery FAQs
What are your delivery timeframes?
Lead times vary throughout the year depending on the demand for bespoke packaging. It’s always best to contact our sales team to discuss your timeframe requirements before ordering. For stocked goods, delivery will occur within 3 working days.
How much does delivery cost?
For bespoke items, delivery is included in our pricing. For stocked items, delivery is charged in addition to your order, depending on order size and total value, with free delivery offered to orders >£300.
What is the cut‑off time for next‑day delivery?
For Next Day Delivery using our Priority options, orders will need to be placed by 11 am.
Do you deliver overseas?
Unfortunately, we only deliver to UK Mainland Addresses. Should anything change in relation to the movement of goods with the EU, this could change.
Can I track my order?
At this point in time, we are unable to provide tracking services to your deliveries, except where they have been shipped via DHL or Royal Mail. We hope to extend tracking availability to our pallet services in the future.
What happens if my order is delayed or damaged?
If your goods arrive late or damaged, please contact our team at sales@fastbox.net to discuss. Any claims for damaged goods need to be made in writing within 7 days of delivery.
Can I request a copy of my delivery note?
You sure can! Delivery Notes should be available with all deliveries, but if yours goes missing for whatever reason, please contact our team at sales@fastbox.net to request a new copy.
Do you accept bulk or pallet orders?
We certainly do! For bulk orders, we would advise you to contact our sales team to discuss, as we can offer bulk rate discounts. We can also provide added services like printing or adjustments to sizes to suit your needs.
What is your returns policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept Returns except where goods are damaged or faulty.
What delivery methods do you offer?
We offer UK Mainland Delivery, with a fleet of our own wagons completing deliveries within a 100-mile radius of our site in Leeds, with longer distance work being delivered by our partnered logistics companies.
Do you offer delivery upgrades (e.g. timed slots, Saturday)?
For deliveries being completed by our partnered logistics companies, we can provide Priority Next Day, Priority AM, and Saturday Deliveries. These upgrades are chargeable depending on the courier rates at the time of ordering.
Payment FAQs
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments from most major card processors (Visa, Mastercard, etc). We can also accept payment via BACS/Bank Transfer if desired.
Can I pay by business account or credit account?
If you would like to set up a business or credit account, please contact our sales team either via email (sales@fastbox.net) or by phone (0113 277 9511) to discuss your requirements.
How do I apply for a credit account?
To apply for a credit account, you will need to complete our Credit Account Application (link to downloadable PDF) and agree to our Terms and Conditions (link to T&Cs). Our finance team will then conduct a credit reference check before agreeing to any terms.
When is payment taken for online orders?
Online orders will be charged up front for in-stock items. If you’re a business or credit account customer, you will be charged or invoiced upon delivery.
Do you offer paperless invoicing / How will I receive my invoice?
All our invoicing is done electronically via Sage. We’ve got several options for invoicing to suit your individual requirements, so if you’ve got any questions, please contact our team.
Do you charge VAT, and how is it applied?
All our product listings and quotes are priced excluding VAT. Tax will be added either at checkout or at the point of invoicing.
Orders FAQs
How do I place an order?
At the moment, all our order processing is completed via our sales team. If you’ve found a product on our website which will suit your needs, please click ‘Enquire Now’ to place an order.
Do I need to register to order?
We currently do not allow guest checkout. All newly registered customers must undergo a quick check before their user account is approved for purchasing. This is due to our B2B model.
Can I order from overseas?
Provided that your delivery address is a UK Mainland address, and your payment is made in £GBP, then you would be able to purchase whilst overseas.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
We certainly do! For bulk orders, we would advise you to contact our sales team to discuss, as we can offer bulk rate discounts. We can also provide added services like printing or adjustments to sizes to suit your needs.
Can I buy custom‑made packaging?
Custom Packaging is our bread and butter! We’re a bespoke manufacturer at heart, so if you’ve got any specific size, style or print requirements, please get in touch with our sales team (sales@fastbox.net ) to discuss.
Can I request samples before ordering?
For Bespoke/Custom Products, we can provide a plain sample for Size and Style purposes to confirm the size and box design suit your needs. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to provide printed samples or samples in exact board grade(s).
Can I open a business account?

How do I track my order status?

What happens if I need to amend or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order or cancel your order, please contact our sales team (sales@fastbox.net ). For priority orders/next-day delivery, any changes or cancellations must be made by 1 pm on the day of ordering.
General FAQs
Is your packaging eco‑friendly?
All our packaging is paper-based and certified via the FSC Chain of Custody scheme. Our corrugated materials are also fully biodegradable and recyclable.
Do you offer sustainable or recyclable options?
All our products are 100% recyclable and are produced from a minimum of 70% recycled material.
Can you help with packaging design and branding?
We sure can, our sales team are also able to provide packaging design services and artworking services. These are value-added services which would come with additional rates either for ad-hoc work, or built into the tooling pricing of bespoke products.
Do you provide warehousing or stock‑holding services?
We’ve recently invested in a 15,000sqft dedicated warehouse for our stockholding service for our customers. If you want access to bulk rate pricing, but don’t have the space to store large quantities of pallets, then please contact our team to discuss our stockholding service!
Do you offer site visits or consultations?
Our sales team is on hand to visit your site nationwide to discuss your packaging, undertake a packaging review, or to complete Tender processes.
What industries do you serve?
We serve a wide range of industries, from Industrial Components, Manufacturing, FMCG, E-Commerce and Retail, and many more! If you’ve got a need for corrugated packaging, we can make it!
Do you provide compliance information (e.g. Packaging Waste Regulations, EPR)?
Our Sales Team are well versed in packaging compliance, and can assist you to meet your obligations under the Packaging Waste Regulation and Extended Producer Responsibilities (EPR). We can also conduct a packaging review to look at ways to reduce your packaging use or make your packaging more EPR-friendly under the traffic light system.
How do I request a quote?
To request a quote, you can either enquire about a product you’ve found on our website or use our contact forms to reach our Sales Team. We strive to provide quotes within a couple of hours; however, this can vary during times of peak demand or for bespoke products/tender enquiries.
Do you provide bespoke solutions for unusual products?
